Rexroth a7VO Pump FAQ
The nominal pressure is 350 bar, and the peak pressure is 400 bar.
The optimal viscosity range is 16 to 36 mm²/s, referred to tank temperature in an open circuit.
The minimum operating viscosity is 10 mm²/s for short periods (up to 3 minutes), and the maximum is 1000 mm²/s for short periods during cold start.
The temperature range is from -25°C to +90°C.
The standard control devices include pressure control (DR), pressure control with remote adjustment (DRG), power control with integrated pressure control (LRD), hydraulic stroke limiter (LRDH, LRDN), and hydraulic control with electric proportional valve (EP.D).
During commissioning and operation, the axial piston unit must be full of fluid and deaerated at all times. The suction line inside the reservoir must end below the minimum fluid level under all operating conditions.
For example, the maximum permissible tightening torque for M14x1.5 DIN 3852 fittings is 80 Nm, and the required tightening torque for plugs or fittings is 35 Nm.
The pump uses FKM (fluoro-rubber) shaft seals.
