To fix hydraulic pump pressure on 100 Hitachi excavator, follow the procedure below:
- Start the engine and let it get warm until it is operating at normal temperature.
- The control valve of the hydraulic pump, which is usually near the pump or on main control valve should be located.
- Measure exact hydraulic pressure which is at present being applied by means of a pressure gauge. This will help you to know where to start while adjusting the pressures.
- Adjust the predetermined limit of pressure relief valve. The said pressure relief valve is usually found in hydraulic pump.
- After having adjusted the relief valve measure again hydraulic pressure using another gauge and ensure that it has reached to your desired level
- In case if not desired repeat till you attain your preferred goal.
