Rexroth a20vlo FAQ
A20VLO pump has a drive shaft, retaining plate, opposed piston, suction side, pilot control valve, control valve, control plate, suction port, high-pressure side, cylinder, piston, stroking piston, slipper pad, sliding disc cradle/swashplate and through drive.
The pump has to be clean and free from dust and foreign matter. Suction, drain and return lines must flow into the reservoir below the minimum fluid level to avoid air being drawn in that forms foam.
It is necessary that you inspect regularly the hydraulic fluid level, operating temperature and filter condition of this pump. Hydraulic fluid should be changed at least once per year or every 2000 operating hours.
Safety distances to adjacent products shall prevent damage due to heat build-up. Proper personal protective equipment should be worn and all safety instructions contained in the documentation have to be observed.
Possible issues may include insufficient air bleeding, faulty mechanical drive, low drive speed, insufficient suction conditions or improper hydraulic fluid viscosity. Consult with machine/system manufacturer or Bosch Rexroth Service as required.
